What we collect

When you request a place, Nexus collects the information needed to operate the participant journey: your name, email address, mobile number, city or state, trading-experience band, learning goal, preferred contact channel, selected interests and the consent choices you make.

We also keep a reference number, application status, language choice, campaign attribution when supplied through UTM links, and the minimum eligibility result needed for event confirmation.

Why we use it

• Process and de-duplicate your event application.
• Send essential event updates through the channel you selected.
• Check the event eligibility condition and release private logistics only after confirmation.
• Respond to access, correction, withdrawal and support requests.
• Send optional marketing only when you give separate marketing consent.

Broker data boundary

Nexus does not collect broker passwords, KYC documents, bank or card details, or deposit screenshots. Taurex handles those records in its own systems. Nexus receives only the minimum approved eligibility result needed to operate this event, where that sharing is authorised.

Who helps us operate the service

Nexus may use trusted providers for web hosting, the registration backend, database operations, transactional email and event operations. Access is limited to the people and services needed for those purposes; participant records are not placed in the public website bundle or general social-automation state.

Some providers may process information outside Malaysia. Nexus applies the safeguards and access controls required for the service and the applicable privacy obligations.

Retention and your choices

Event operations records are targeted for retention for 90 days after the event, followed by deletion or anonymisation unless a different lawful purpose and retention period is approved. Marketing contact records are handled separately and stop when you withdraw or unsubscribe, subject to necessary suppression records.

You may request access, correction, withdrawal of event communications or direct-marketing opt-out by emailing mynexustrading@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed or affect a broker relationship held by Taurex.
